Kate - you are quite right. I have today replaced three with these with your two plus a Brockley blog. There are more that have time expired. If you know any other good ones please let me know.

Don't worry about the technical bits. Content is the real issue. How do we maintain a list of Ten Top Blogs?

Obviously the deadwood should disappear (not posted in 3 months?)

The list should be diverse. Obviously it is important to include Lewisham political stuff like Ladywood Pools and the better councillor blogs will be of interest - but also a blend of the bizarre Lewishamites taking us into areas we had never imagined.

Ruling out the pure vanity blogs it should be possible to choose the most interesting ten. If you would like to do that and post them here - I'll do my best to keep the blog directory up to date with you. If you feel there are far more than 10 great blogs that we should feature then we could split them into sub categories - political, lifestyle, sport ...

Its really up to you Kate and anybody else to say what you want. And I'll do my best to make it happen.

new things

You mentioned political sites like ladywell pool there is also a site for the lewisham gateway which seems to be gaining support also something i found recently is the creekside forum, they seem to be doing good things. I think rather than a top ten breaking things up into categories is a great idea and will be easier to find a particular thing.

I forgot to mention that leisham news is back can they be re-instated? I feel bad as i highlighted a lack of posts but moe gets the scoops and i think as long as posts stay regular they should be back.

Thanks for updating the list - and for keeping me on it!

I think that Gavin (Take One Onion) has moved out of Lewisham, so you may have an extra slot there for any up and coming Lewisham bloggers.

If you take a look at my blog you'll see I try to do a weekly round up of blog stuff from the borough which may provide inspiration for future updates.

Also its Adam Tinworth not Andy!
